This hotel suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I recall how staff helped me return forgotten documents during my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas!

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, the initial room we were given was not clean, with socks and candy wrappers left behind, which was disappointing for a four-star hotel. Despite this, the staff acted promptly to address our concerns and provided a nicer room. Parking was also an added expense that was inconvenient.

We spent a night celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with a lovely champagne tray in our room. The pool area was a great spot to unwind, and we enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable atmosphere of the restaurant as well. One small downside was the $40 parking fee, but it didn’t take away from our overall amazing experience! 🍾

The view from the room is fantastic, great for relaxing. The parking garage is cramped and difficult to navigate at peak times.

We loved our stay, especially the convenience of being just a short walk from the Huntington Convention Center. The hotel was modern and clean, and we appreciated that it was pet-friendly. The breakfast at the Urban Farmer was a delightful treat with great views.
For dads, it would be great if the elevators were easier to navigate, especially when holding kids and bags.

Room was spacious and clean, great for work and relaxation. Loved the fast WiFi and how close it was to attractions. A nice welcome text made me feel right at home!
The view? More like 'view of the parking lot'—the ultimate disappointment!

During my stay at the Westin Cleveland, I enjoyed a lovely room and the helpful staff. The noise from other guests disrupted my sleep at times. The experience felt charming amid the city vibe, and I’d consider returning.

Stunning property with super friendly vibes! The clean rooms had such a lovely view, and the mountains of valet staff made everything easy-peasy.
But honestly, I couldn't find the remote for ages—guess it was playing hide and seek! Not a deal-breaker, but my inner diva was not amused.

It was just a smart choice for a quick stopover in Cleveland with outstanding value for money. The bed was so comfortable, I slept 11 hours the first night. For future travelers, be aware that WiFi comes at a high price.

Had an awesome stay with friends! The vibe was fun, and we loved being close to both the Huntington Convention Center and Progressive Field. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. Staff made us feel right at home. Don’t miss the great view of the lake from the upper floors!
The only downside was the parking garage, which was a bit cramped when the hotel was full. It got tough to find spots, especially with several events happening.

The stay was fantastic with an accommodating staff that promptly relocated me to a quieter room upon my request. The design of the room was sleek, featuring a stunning view of Cleveland and a large flat-screen TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable, likely the best I have ever slept on. The amenities were well thought out, including a comprehensive guidebook detailing local attractions and dining options.
The absence of free WiFi was disappointing, and the sliding bathroom door offered little privacy.
